Conditions to return a TPA
TPA Return Policy (Money Back Warranty)
Thank you for your purchase with Stage Meta. We value your business and aim to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you find the need to return your TPA, please review the following return policy carefully:
Virgin TPA Return
Only TPAs that are still in their "Virgin" state can be returned.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
We will refund the full amount you paid for the Virgin TPA.
Deductions for Distribution Pool Contributions: If a TPA Owner has contributed to any Distribution Pool, any payments that have been received for that TPA will be deducted from the returned amount.
Conditions Deeming Non-Virgin TPAs
A TPA that has been PINGED or has PINGED another TPA is considered to have lost its Virgin status and cannot be returned under this policy.
Virginity Restoration
In cases where TPAs have lost their Virgin status, it can be restored.
The cost of restoring the virginity of a TPA is 3 Alpha Energy, equivalent to approximately $750. This amount will be deducted from the return amount if the virginity of the TPA is restored for the purpose of the return.
Processing the Return
To initiate a return, contact our support team with details of your purchase.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
