Stage Technology Terms of Service

These Terms of Service outline how Stage Technology operates, the applicable laws, and the core principles we adhere to. They define the relationship between Stage Technology and you as you interact with our services. By using our services, you agree to these terms, so it's essential to understand them.
Your Relationship with Us
Welcome to Stage Meta (the “Platform” or “Ecosystem”), provided by Stage Technology Inc., a Canadian company (collectively referred to as “Stage Technology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
You are reading these Terms of Service (the “Terms”), which govern the relationship between you and us, serving as a binding agreement. These Terms establish the conditions under which you may access and use the Platform, as well as our related websites, services, applications, products, and content (collectively, the “Services”). Please note that certain Services or features may be subject to age restrictions and may not be available to all users. Our Services are intended for private, non-commercial use. For the purposes of these Terms, “you” and “your” refer to you as the user of the Services.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us, so please take the time to read them carefully.
Age Requirements
If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with permission from your parent or legal guardian. Please have a parent or legal guardian read these Terms with you. If you’re a parent or legal guardian and you allow your child to use the Services, these Terms apply to you, and you are responsible for your child’s activity on the Services.
Accepting the Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with Stage Technology, that you accept these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them. Your access to and use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which you can find directly on the Platform or in your mobile device’s app store if the Platform is available for download. The Privacy Policy is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are accessing or using the Services on behalf of a business or entity, then (a) “you” and “your” refer to both you and that business or entity, (b) you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the business or entity with the authority to bind it to these Terms, and that you agree to these Terms on its behalf, and (c) your business or entity is legally and financially responsible for your access to or use of the Services, as well as for the access or use of your account by others affiliated with your entity, including any employees, agents, or contractors.
You can accept these Terms by accessing or using our Services. You understand and agree that we will treat your access to or use of the Services as acceptance of these Terms from that point onwards. You should print or save a local copy of the Terms for your records.
Your Account with Us
To access or use some of our Services, you may need to create an account with us. When you create this account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. It is important that you maintain and promptly update your details and any other information you provide to us to keep it current and complete.
You agree that you are solely responsible (to us and to others) for the activity that occurs under your account.
Removing Your Content
If we reasonably believe that any of your content (1) breaches these Terms, service-specific additional terms, or policies, (2) violates applicable law, or (3) could harm our users or third parties, we reserve the right to remove some or all of that content, following applicable law. Examples include child pornography, content that facilitates human trafficking or harassment, and content that infringes on someone else’s intellectual property rights.
Suspending or Terminating Your Access to Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services or delete your Stage Meta Account if any of the following occurs:
You materially or repeatedly breach these Terms or policies.
We reasonably believe that your conduct causes harm or liability to a user, third party, or Stage Technology. This includes, for example, activities such as hacking, phishing, harassing, spamming, misleading others, or scraping content that doesn’t belong to you.
If you believe your account has been suspended or terminated in error, you can appeal. Of course, you’re always free to stop using our Services at any time. If you do stop using a Service, we’d appreciate knowing why so that we can continue improving our Services.
Description of the Services
As an individual or business, you can use the services and products of Stage Meta, including mobile apps (“App”) and the Stage Website (“Website”), as well as spatial computing apps available on Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest, and other supported devices by Stage Technology. Please note that not all services or features may be available in your country or region, and different features may be accessible in different versions of the services. Certain features may also be restricted based on age.
Create and Set Up a Profile
You can create and personalize a profile, that will be different based on whether you're an individual or business.
For Individual Users
Your Stage Meta access can enhance your user experience, allowing you to access different financial functionalities, as well as navigate through the platform for immersive experiences and 3D objects. The personal information requested is optional.
As an individual user, you can perform the following actions:
Create a Stage Meta Account.
View and check insights and account balances.
Explore and browse immersive content.
Search for specific content or concepts.
Interact with 3D objects within an active TPA.
Interact with 360-degree views within an active TPA.
For Business Users
Your access to Stage Meta is designed to align with your industry and business needs. To unlock the full potential of our platform, activating a Teleport Plaque Address (TPA) is required, along with completing your business profile with the necessary details. Our business services are distinct from those offered to individual users, providing tailored solutions to enhance your digital presence. As a business, you can:
Create and publish immersive views using AI-generated visuals from uploaded 2D images.
Generate and publish interactive 3D experiences without the need for specialized cameras.
Showcase 360-degree views from 2D images, offering an engaging perspective to potential customers.
By utilizing Stage Meta’s services, you confirm that any images or content uploaded comply with copyright laws and do not infringe upon third-party rights.
These features empower businesses to:
Expand their brand’s digital footprint.
Increase audience engagement and visibility.
Promote products and services through cutting-edge immersive experiences.
For business entities and partners, additional terms and conditions apply. Please refer to the Partner Agreement for more details on business-specific requirements, obligations, and partnership benefits.
TPA – Teleport Plaque Address: Essential for Accessing Exclusive Spatial Computing Services
A TPA (Teleport Plaque Address) is a crucial element for accessing the exclusive spatial computing services and products offered by Stage Technology. The TPA provides users and businesses with the ability to unlock immersive experiences, create digital assets, and engage with advanced spatial computing features within the Stage Meta ecosystem. Ownership of a TPA is required to utilize these premium features and to fully benefit from the range of services offered by Stage Technology.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Transactions
Purchasing TPA and other products within the Stage Meta ecosystem is a non-refundable transaction. Customers should be aware that once a TPA is purchased, it cannot be refunded. This policy is in place because there are associated activities and benefits related to the ecosystem that are immediately activated and cannot be revoked.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of the services and benefits provided upon the purchase of a TPA, cancellations are not allowed after the transaction is completed. We advise all customers to carefully review their purchase before finalizing the transaction.
Limitations to the Services
We strive to offer the Services without significant interruptions and to continuously improve them. However, there may be times when the Services are partially or completely unavailable due to planned or unplanned downtime, maintenance, or technical difficulties.
Fostering a Positive, Inclusive, and Safe Environment
We are committed to providing a positive and inclusive environment for our community members. We develop tools and offer resources to ensure that experiences on our platform are positive and inclusive, including providing support when needed. We also have teams and systems dedicated to combating abuse, violations of our Terms and policies, and harmful or deceptive behavior. To keep our platform secure, we use all available information, including your data. We may also share information about misuse or harmful content with law enforcement. Learn more in our Data Policy.
Developing and Using Technologies to Serve Our Growing Community
A key part of our Service is developing and using cutting-edge technologies that help us personalize, protect, and improve our Services on a large scale for a broad global community. Technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning enable us to apply complex processes across our Services, ensuring functionality and integrity. Automated technologies help us maintain the quality and security of our Services.

We use the information we collect to study our Services and collaborate with others on research projects to improve our offerings and contribute to the well-being of our community.
General Terms
If any provision of these terms is unenforceable as written but can be modified to become enforceable, it should be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary to achieve enforceability. If modification is not possible, that provision should be removed.
You may not transfer your agreement with the company to another party. However, the company may assign your agreement to any affiliate, any entity that gains control of the company, or any company that acquires the assets related to the forum. Any attempted assignment in violation of these terms will have no legal effect.
The exercise of any right under this agreement, or the waiver of any breach of this agreement, does not constitute a waiver of any other breach.
These terms represent the complete agreement between you and the company regarding your use of the forum. They replace any prior agreements, whether written or verbal, concerning your use of the forum.
Changes to the Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time, such as when we update the functionality of our Services or in response to regulatory changes. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify all users of any material changes to these Terms, such as through a notice on our Platform. However, you should regularly review the Terms to check for any changes. We will also update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms to reflect the effective date of any changes. Your continued access to or use of the Services after the date of the new Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop accessing or using the Services.
