Partners Agreement
Part A - Terms Applicable to Business Partners

1. Definitions
"Business Partner": A Business entity within the target industries that subscribes to and pays for Stage Technology’s services to enhance its business operations.
"Stage Meta": Stage Technology Inc., operating under its commercial brand name "Stage Meta."
"Products and Services": Stage Meta’s offerings, including but not limited to:
Spatial Computing Applications
Mobile Applications
Web Applications
Business and Partner Dashboards
Immersive Technology Solutions
Teleport Plaque Address (TPA)
"Service Fees": The amount the Business Partner must pay for using Stage Meta’s services.
"Target Industries": The industries where Stage Meta provides solutions, including:
Hotels & Resorts
Hospitality & Vacation Clubs
Travel & Tourism Agencies
Entertainment Venues & Attractions
Real Estate Developers & Property Management
Commercial and Residential Construction
Retail and Shopping Centers
Automotive Showrooms and Dealerships
"Target Regions": North America.
"Partner Dashboard": The internal administrative page available at https://stagemeta.world that allows Partners to manage their Partner Account, along with the Go-to-Market Tools surface and any other administrative page accessed via https://stagemeta.world.
2. Business Partner Responsibilities
Business Partners must actively use Stage Meta’s services and solutions to enhance their business operations.
They are responsible for compliance with all contractual obligations, including service fees and payment terms.
Business Partners must ensure that their employees and representatives receive adequate training on Stage Meta’s services.
Business Partners agree to keep their account and service usage confidential and comply with Stage Meta’s terms and policies.
3. Fees and Fee Increases
Fee Adjustments
Stage Meta reserves the right to increase or otherwise modify any applicable Platform Fees at any time by posting details of the revised Platform Fees on the Stage Meta Website.
The revised Platform Fees shall only apply to the Business Partner upon:
(a) Platform Subscription Fees: At the commencement of the next Renewal Period.
(b) Additional Fees for Services: At the commencement of the next renewal term for such additional services.
(c) Any other Additional Fees: At the time when the relevant service is consumed or renewed under a subsequent Order.
Billing and Invoicing
Stage Meta shall invoice Business Partners as follows:
(a) Platform Subscription Fees: Upon the Subscription Start Date and at the commencement of each Renewal Period.
(b) Any Additional Fees: As payable per the Order and in accordance with the terms set forth in the Order or as otherwise detailed on the Stage Meta Website.
Business Partners are responsible for making payments as per the invoicing terms specified in their agreement.
4. User Credentials
Business Partners are responsible for keeping their User Credentials secure and confidential and must ensure that all authorized users do the same.
Business Partners are prohibited from selling or transferring (or attempting to sell or transfer) any User Credentials to any other Business entity or person.
Business Partners must promptly notify Stage Meta if they become aware of any unauthorized access to User Credentials.
Business Partners are responsible for maintaining and managing their User Credentials and authorized account administrators.
5. Account Data
Business Partners shall provide Stage Meta with complete and accurate information for their platform account, including billing and payment details, and must keep this information up to date throughout the Subscription Period.
Stage Meta may require additional information from time to time to maintain the Business Partner’s account or comply with regulatory and government requirements.
Business Partners agree to provide such information in a timely manner.
6. Responsibility for Digital Assets
Business Partners are solely responsible for the creation, content, use, and distribution of all digital assets created using Stage Meta’s platform and services.
Business Partners shall ensure that:
They own or have obtained the appropriate license, consent, or permission for any content included in their digital assets.
Their digital assets do not infringe or misappropriate any third-party rights, including Intellectual Property Rights, or violate any privacy or publicity rights.
Business Partners must obtain in advance all necessary consents, approvals, licenses, and permissions to create and distribute digital assets.
Stage Meta reserves the right, but not the obligation, to refuse to process or create any digital asset that violates this Agreement, applicable laws, or is otherwise deemed objectionable at its sole discretion.
Final Provisions
This Agreement is available on the Stage Meta website and applies to all Business Partners and Distributor Partners. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms. For any questions regarding this Agreement, please contact support@stagemeta.world.
