By accessing the Partner Program, participating in any Partner Program activities, or clicking "I agree" (or a similar confirmation box or button) when signing up for a Partner Account, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Partner Agreement (the "Agreement").

This Agreement is entered into by and between you, as the Partner, and Stage Technology Inc. ("Stage Technology"), operating under its commercial brand name "Stage Meta" (collectively, "Stage Meta"). Each Partner and Stage Meta shall be referred to as a "Party," and collectively as the "Parties."

Stage Technology Inc. reserves the right to update and modify this Agreement at its sole discretion by posting updates and changes. If significant changes occur, reasonable notice will be provided via email, notifications on the Partner Dashboard, or public announcements. Partners are responsible for reviewing the Agreement periodically to stay informed of any modifications. Any references to this Agreement include all terms and documents incorporated by reference.

This Agreement covers various Partner activities. Part A applies to all Business Partners who use Stage Technology’s services, while Part B pertains to Distributor Partners who market and sell Stage Technology’s services to clients in the target industries.
